Answers before you book
Do you take insurance?
No, we do not bill insurance. That keeps treatment decisions between you and your clinician rather than a coverage rule, and it means no surprise claim denials afterwards.
How much does medical weight loss cost?
It depends on which medication is appropriate, your dose, and how long you are on it, which is why we do not quote a single figure. You receive a written quote at your consultation covering the whole plan, before anything starts.
Will the price I am quoted change later?
The quote you receive at consultation covers what was agreed. If your dose changes as treatment progresses the cost can change with it, and we will tell you before that happens rather than after.
What does the monthly membership include, and is medication extra?
Membership and medication are priced separately. Ask us to walk through both at your consultation so the total is clear up front, including what changes if your dose increases.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Cherry and CareCredit are both available if you would rather spread the cost, and we can walk through the options at your consultation.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Many of our services can be paid for with HSA or FSA funds. Eligibility depends on your plan and the specific treatment, so check with your administrator and we will provide whatever documentation you need.
Do you honor advertised offers and vouchers?
Yes, on the terms stated in the offer. If a price you were quoted does not match what you saw advertised, please tell us at the time and we will resolve it rather than leaving it unresolved.
Is there a refund if the treatment does not work?
Outcomes vary between people and we cannot promise a specific result, so we do not sell guaranteed outcomes. What we can do is set realistic expectations before you start and tell you honestly if we do not think a treatment suits you.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes, and it does not commit you to treatment. You leave with a written plan setting out what is recommended and what it costs, whether or not you decide to go ahead.
