Lose weight. Look great. Feel great.
One monthly membership that covers your weight-loss medication, your in-clinic visits, your labs and your body composition scans, with aesthetics and hormone care you can layer on top. Built for Mission Viejo patients who want a plan, not a stack of separate appointments.
Membership opens September 1, 2026. Consultations are free, include a body composition scan, and carry no obligation to enroll.

The medication is not the hard part
What decides whether medical weight loss works is not which drug you are on. It is whether you are still on the plan in month nine.
Paying treatment by treatment turns every month into a fresh decision. The medication is one bill, the follow-up visit is another, the labs are a third, and the scan that would actually tell you whether the plan is working is the easiest of the four to skip. People do not usually quit a weight-loss plan in a single moment, they quietly stop booking the parts that feel optional, and by the time the results stall there is no measurement to explain why.
Membership removes that decision. One monthly amount covers everything the plan needs to work, so nothing that matters clinically is left sitting behind a separate payment. It is also, for most patients, less than the same services cost assembled one appointment at a time, which is the honest reason it exists.
Membership is a way of paying for care. It is not a shortcut around it. You still see a licensed provider every month, you still get bloodwork, and what you are prescribed is still a clinical decision.
One foundation, two ways to build on it
Every membership starts with Lose Weight. From there you can add Look Great, Feel Great, or both, they stack on top of your tier rather than replacing it.
Lose Weight
Medically supervised weight management, with the medication, the monitoring and the measurement in one monthly membership.
- Prescription GLP-1 therapy at your prescribed dose band
- Monthly InBody 580 scan so progress is measured, not guessed
- Monthly B12 and lipotropic injection
- Time with your provider every month, with medical oversight throughout
- Lab work multiple times a year, reviewed with you rather than emailed at you
+ Look Great
For members who want the mirror to catch up with the scale. One aesthetic treatment each quarter, plus member pricing on the rest of the menu.
- One included laser treatment per quarter, your pick from the member menu
- Subject to provider discretion, not every patient is a candidate for every treatment
- 15% off other aesthetic services
- Stacks on any Lose Weight tier
+ Feel Great
The energy, recovery and hormone side of it, the part patients tend to ask about once the weight starts moving.
- Peptides, 1 week of supply per month
- Vitality labs multiple times a year, a broader panel than the standard membership bloodwork
- Member pricing on hormone replacement therapy, billed separately, not included
- Stacks on any Lose Weight tier
Every month, on every membership
This is the Lose Weight foundation, the part every tier includes. Nothing on this list is billed separately.
Your weight-loss medication
A month of GLP-1 therapy at the dose band your provider has prescribed. No separate pharmacy bill, and no ordering it yourself from a website that has never met you.
An InBody 580 body composition scan
One scan a month, so you can see whether you are losing fat or losing muscle, which is the question a bathroom scale cannot answer. How the scan works.
A B12 and lipotropic injection
A monthly injection to support energy and fat metabolism alongside the medication, given in-clinic at your visit.
Time with your provider, every month
Time with a licensed medical provider every month to review how you are doing, manage side effects, and decide whether anything needs to change.
Lab work multiple times a year
Bloodwork at the intervals your provider judges right, so dose decisions are made against your actual numbers. Reviewed with you, not filed away.
Somewhere to ask
A named provider who knows your history, rather than a different clinician and a fresh intake form every time something comes up.
Three dose bands, matched to you clinically
Membership is banded by the dose your provider prescribes. You are placed in a band for clinical reasons, and you move between bands as your plan progresses, almost everyone starts low and titrates up.
Starting band
Where nearly everyone begins. A low dose while your body adjusts, which is also how side effects are kept manageable rather than endured.
Building band
The therapeutic range most patients settle into after titrating up over the first couple of months, and where most of the work gets done.
Full band
The upper end, for patients who need it and tolerate it. Never a starting point, and not a target, plenty of people never go here at all.
Titrating into a higher band moves you to that band’s membership price, and you pay the difference between the two. That is a conversation we have with you before it happens, never a surprise on your next statement.
One aesthetic treatment, every quarter
Losing a significant amount of weight changes your face before it changes anything else, and it is usually the first thing patients mention. Look Great is the add-on for that, a treatment each quarter rather than a package you have to save up for.
Each quarter you choose one treatment from the member menu:
- IPL photofacial, face or hands
- CoolPeel, face
- Erbium resurfacing, face
- Laser hair removal, one small area
- Laser tattoo removal, one small area
Members also get 15% off other aesthetic services. See the full laser menu.
Every aesthetic treatment is subject to provider discretion. Not every patient is a candidate for every treatment, and your provider may recommend a different option, or advise against one entirely, based on your skin type, your history and where you are in your plan. Restrictions apply.
Energy, recovery and hormones
Weight is rarely the only thing going on. Patients who are sleeping badly, running flat by mid-afternoon or recovering slowly from workouts are often describing something hormonal, and it does not resolve on its own just because the scale moves.
- Peptides, 1 week of supply per month, chosen with your provider and changeable month to month.
- Vitality labs multiple times a year, a broader panel than the standard membership bloodwork, covering the markers that explain fatigue rather than just weight.
- Member pricing on hormone replacement therapy, for both women and men. HRT is billed separately and is not an included membership service; what you get is the member rate on it.
One thing to be clear about: hormone replacement therapy is billed separately from your membership. It is not an included service. What Feel Great gives you is member pricing on it, plus the peptides and the labs above. How HRT works here.
Start with a measurement, not a commitment
Every membership starts the same way, a free consultation with a licensed provider, including an InBody 580 body composition scan. We go through which tier fits, what it involves and exactly what it costs before you decide anything. No insurance, no referral, and no obligation to enroll.
Retatrutide, and what you should know first
For a small number of patients we also offer membership tiers built around retatrutide rather than tirzepatide. It is worth explaining what that is and, more importantly, what it is not.
What it is
Retatrutide is a triple agonist. It acts on the GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors, where the medications most people are familiar with act on one or two of them. In published phase 2 trials, that third mechanism produced greater average weight reduction than the dual agonists over the same period.
What it is not
Retatrutide is investigational. It has not been approved by the FDA for weight management or for any other indication, phase 3 trials are still running, and its long-term safety profile is not established. Anything prescribed here is compounded, it is not an FDA-approved product, and we are not going to describe it as one.
How we handle it
Because of all that, the retatrutide tiers carry requirements the standard tiers do not. Every patient signs a standalone retatrutide informed consent before a first dose, separate from the membership agreement, required whether or not you are a member, and you cannot book or check out without it. Starting doses are conservative and titration is slower.
Your provider will only raise a retatrutide tier where there is a clinical reason to. If you are not sure whether it applies to you, it probably does not, and that is a good outcome. The tirzepatide tiers are the right answer for the large majority of patients, and nobody here is going to push you toward the other thing.
Retatrutide is an investigational compound. It is not FDA-approved for weight management or any other use, its long-term safety profile is not established, and it is not appropriate for most patients. It is discussed only where a licensed provider judges it clinically appropriate, and only with written informed consent.
Four steps, and the first two are free
Book a free consultation
Online or by phone. No insurance, no referral, no charge, and no obligation to enroll in anything.
Get scanned
An InBody 580 scan, free at any first consultation whether you join or not, so we start from a baseline instead of a guess.
Build the plan
Sit down with a licensed provider: your history, your goals, your medications, labs where they are needed. Then which tier fits, if any does.
Start, or do not
If a membership makes sense, you enroll and start that month. If it does not, we will tell you so and point you at what does.
Who this is for, and who it is not
A good fit if
- You have lost weight before and watched it come back
- You want medication supervised by a licensed provider rather than shipped by a website that has never examined you
- You would rather have one predictable monthly cost than four separate bills you have to decide about
- You want progress measured properly, muscle, fat and visceral fat, not a single number on a scale
- You can get to Mission Viejo once a month
Not right now if
- You are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding
- You have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma, or MEN 2
- You have had pancreatitis, or another condition your provider would need to work around first
- You want a prescription without the monthly visits. That is not what this is, and we will not sell it to you
- You want one treatment rather than a program. We do that too, just not through a membership
Membership terms, stated plainly
A membership is a commitment. We would rather you read this before you sign than discover it in month seven.
- Billing
- Billed monthly in advance, and set to auto-renew.
- Term
- Memberships run on a one-year term.
- Minimum
- Six months minimum before a membership can be canceled.
- Cancellation
- Thirty days written notice, after the minimum term.
- No rollover
- Unused included services expire at the end of the period they belong to. They do not roll over, bank, accrue, credit or carry forward. Monthly services reset each billing month; the aesthetic treatment resets each quarter.
- Your monthly scan
- Resets on your billing date, and does not carry over to the following month.
- Aesthetic treatments
- One per quarter from the member menu, subject to provider discretion. Candidacy is a clinical judgment and restrictions apply; not every patient is suitable for every treatment.
- Hormone replacement therapy
- Billed separately from your membership. Feel Great gives you member pricing on it, not the treatment itself.
- Agreements you sign
- A membership agreement at enrollment, and separately a retatrutide informed consent if you are on a retatrutide tier. Your first InBody scan has its own data consent.
- Medication
- Included at your prescribed dose band. Titrating into a higher band moves you to that band’s membership price and you pay the difference, and we tell you before it happens.
If you are on our retired membership program
Your balance is safe, and nothing about it changes. The retired membership program is closed to new enrollments now that the new one has launched, but existing balances do not expire, stay redeemable exactly as they are, and are not converted or migrated to the new program unless you ask us in writing to move them.
If you would like to know what you have left, ask at your next visit and we will pull your remaining balance for you. If you would rather move it across, we will walk you through what that would mean before anything happens.
The care behind the membership
Every service in the program has a page of its own. None of it requires a membership.

What does the membership cost?
It depends on which tier you are on and which dose band your provider prescribes, so we go through the numbers with you at your consultation rather than publishing a figure that may not be yours. The consultation is free, includes a body composition scan, and carries no obligation to enroll.
Is the medication included, or billed on top?
Included. Your monthly membership covers the medication at your prescribed dose band, your provider visit, your monthly InBody scan, your B12 and lipotropic injection, and lab work multiple times a year. There is no separate pharmacy bill for the medication in your plan.
What happens if my dose changes?
Dose is a clinical decision, made by your provider with you, and most people titrate upward over the first few months. Membership is banded by dose, so titrating into a higher band moves you to that band’s membership price and you pay the difference. We tell you before that happens, not after.
Do I have to be a member to be treated here?
No. Everything we offer is available without a membership, booked and paid for treatment by treatment. Membership exists because most of our weight-management patients were buying the same things every month anyway, and bundling them is cheaper and simpler than assembling them one appointment at a time.
Can I add or drop Look Great and Feel Great later?
Yes. Both are add-ons that sit on top of your Lose Weight tier rather than separate memberships, so you can start with the foundation and layer them on when you are ready. Talk to us before your billing date so the change lands cleanly.
Do unused services roll over?
No, and we would rather be clear about that up front. Included services expire at the end of the period they belong to. They are not banked, credited, accrued or carried forward. Monthly services, including your InBody scan and your peptide week, expire at the end of your billing month; your quarterly aesthetic treatment expires at the end of that quarter. The membership is built around actually coming in.
How long am I committed for?
Memberships run on a one-year term with a six-month minimum, billed monthly in advance, and they auto-renew. Canceling takes thirty days written notice after the minimum. Your full terms are in the membership agreement you sign at enrollment, and we will walk you through it before you sign anything.
Is retatrutide FDA approved?
No. Retatrutide is investigational. It has not been approved by the FDA for weight management or for any other indication, and phase 3 trials are still underway. Anything we would prescribe is compounded. Because of that, the retatrutide tiers require a separate written informed consent before a first dose, and your provider will only raise them where there is a clinical reason to.
Is hormone replacement therapy included in Feel Great?
No. HRT is billed separately from your membership and is not an included service, what Feel Great gives you is member pricing on the HRT program for both women and men. What Feel Great does include is 1 week of peptide supply per month and vitality labs multiple times a year.
What is included in the aesthetic treatment?
With Look Great you choose one treatment per quarter from the member menu: an IPL photofacial for face or hands, a CoolPeel, Erbium resurfacing, laser hair removal on a small area, or laser tattoo removal on a small area. Agnes RF, Pixel8 and CO2 resurfacing are not on that menu. Every aesthetic treatment is subject to provider discretion: not every patient is a candidate for every treatment, and your provider may recommend a different option or advise against one based on your skin type, your history or where you are in your plan.
Do you take insurance?
No, we do not bill insurance. That keeps treatment decisions between you and your clinician rather than a coverage rule, and it means no surprise claim denials afterwards. Cherry and CareCredit financing are available if you would rather spread the cost.
I am already on the retired membership program. What happens to my balance?
Nothing. Your balance does not expire and stays redeemable exactly as it is. That program is closed to new enrollments now that the new one has launched, but no existing balance is converted, migrated or expired unless you ask us in writing to move it. Ask at your next visit and we will pull your remaining balance for you.
Is the InBody scan really free at a consultation?
Yes. Your first body composition scan is free at any consultation, member or not, because starting from a real measurement is better for both of us than starting from a guess. Members then get one scan every month, which resets on the billing date.

Membership is a way of paying for care, not a treatment plan. What is prescribed, at what dose, and whether medication is appropriate at all are clinical decisions made by a licensed provider based on your history, your labs and your goals. No membership tier guarantees a result, and enrolling does not entitle anyone to a prescription. Individual results vary.
