Who it is for
Women from their 40s onward with hot flashes, night sweats, poor sleep, weight that has moved to the middle, low energy, mood changes or brain fog, who want a clinician who listens and follows up. It suits women who are already on hormone therapy and want it managed properly, and women who are not sure yet whether they need it.
Hormones are one tool, not the whole plan
Menopause changes sleep, muscle, bone and where the body stores fat, and hormone therapy helps with some of that, not all of it. Strength training and protein protect muscle and bone, which is why every member has a monthly scan and a strength plan alongside any prescription.
When hormone therapy is right, it starts with a full panel and is rechecked, as on every protocol here. When the labs or your history say it is not right, you are told so.
How it starts
A free consultation
Your symptoms in your own words, your history and your family history, with Lindsay at the clinic or by video.
Baseline labs and a scan
A hormone and metabolic panel drawn at the clinic, and your first InBody scan.
A plan you agree to
Whether hormone therapy is part of it, which kind, and what you will track between visits. You see the terms and the costs before you join.
Follow-up every three months
Symptoms, labs and scans reviewed together, and the plan adjusted as you move through the transition.
Answers before you book
Do I have to take hormones to join?
No. Some members take hormone therapy and some do not. The membership covers the visits, labs, scans and plan either way, and hormone treatment is decided with Lindsay on your symptoms and your labs.
Is hormone therapy included in the membership?
No. Hormone treatment, if you need it, is billed separately from the membership, so you only pay for what is prescribed. Members get member pricing on aesthetic treatments.
Can my visits be by video?
Follow-up visits can be by video or in person, whichever the plan calls for. Labs are drawn at the clinic in Mission Viejo.
How do I know if it is perimenopause?
Irregular periods with hot flashes, poor sleep, mood changes or brain fog in your 40s are the usual signs. Hormone levels swing so much during perimenopause that a single blood test can mislead, which is why the first visit starts with your symptoms and history rather than a number.
How much does it cost, and can I cancel?
The front desk will give you the monthly price and the full membership terms, including how to cancel, before you sign up. Your first consultation is free.
