Who it is for
Men from their mid-30s on with low energy, poor sleep, weight gain around the middle, slower recovery or low drive, who would rather measure the problem than buy a supplement for it. Fatigue and low mood also come from thyroid problems, low iron, poor sleep and stress, so the labs look at more than testosterone.
Who it is not for
Men whose testosterone is normal, and men looking for testosterone to build muscle. It is not a performance drug here. Some conditions, including untreated prostate cancer and a high red blood cell count, rule testosterone out, and the first visit screens for them.
How it starts
A free consultation
Your symptoms, history and goals, with Lindsay by video or at the clinic.
Two early-morning blood tests
Testosterone runs highest in the morning, so a low result only counts when it is low twice, drawn early on two different days.
An in-person visit and a plan
If testosterone is right for you, it starts after an in-person visit. If it is not, the plan works on whatever the labs did show.
Labs and a scan on schedule
Labs every three months and a monthly scan, so the dose is adjusted on numbers, not guesswork.
Answers before you book
Will I be put on testosterone?
Only if two early-morning blood tests confirm a low level and your symptoms fit. If your levels are normal, you will not be prescribed testosterone here, and the membership still covers the labs, scans and plan.
Can the first visit be by video?
Yes, the first consultation can be by video. Testosterone is only started after an in-person visit at the clinic in Mission Viejo, where labs are also drawn.
What does testosterone therapy need watching for?
Red blood cell counts, PSA and how you feel. Those are checked on the lab schedule, which is why the membership includes labs every three months rather than once a year.
I want to have children. Does that matter?
Yes. Testosterone therapy lowers sperm production, so tell Lindsay at the first visit. If children are in your plans, the approach is different.
How much does it cost?
The front desk will give you the monthly price and the full membership terms, including how to cancel, before you sign up. The first consultation is free.
Find out what is actually going on
Your first consultation is free. If the answer is not testosterone, you will hear that too.
